All prices are per room per night and include full English breakfast unless stated otherwise.

Checking Out

We ask for rooms to be vacated by 10am, this gives us sufficient time to get your room ready for the next guest.
If you need to leave your luggage until later in the day please don't hesitate to ask.

Payment

Please note payment is upon arrival - A £20 deposit is required per room if booking in advance. Please note that balance of payment is due on arrival and we can accept cash or UK cheques.

Cancellation Policies

Please be aware that once you have made a booking with us, we shall reserve accommodation for you accordingly, this may mean that we have to turn away prospective guests. If you have to cancel your booking, we require at least 48 hours notice, in order to have the opportunity to re-let the room. Your deposit will be gladly returned, if you can give us the required 48 hours notice.

Refunds

It is not our policy to make refunds unless we receive the required notice of your cancellation.
